Christina Nala is a certified yoga teacher, energy worker and womb wellness teacher. She is trained in lineage-based Tantric Hatha Yoga, while her foundational training is in Forrest Yoga and Vinyasa. Her personal practice of yoga, pranayama, meditation & energy work spans 14 years. Her curiosity about Dharma (spirit) & Soma (body) are what empower to share yoga as an essential part of healing the body-mind connection from trauma.

Her Hatha classes are potent and traditional in nature, consisting of asana, pranayama, kriyas, mudras & bandhas.

Slow Flow classes are lively – interweaving strong and soft movements with breath.

Yin and Restorative classes are gentle and mindful, with long-held poses to decompress and release tension from the nerves, the joints, the fascia and the internal organs.
