The base of my practice stems from philosophy that Yoga is a tool anyone and everyone should have in their arsenal which helps them improve their daily life and it doesn’t matter if you are an athlete or a house wife/husband.

31st October. Halloween baby.

Training

 I’ve spent three fourth of my life on the track and in the gym working with strength and conditioning, and of course in a dojo for my mixed martial arts training. While Astanga is my base, I have allowed raja yoga to train me to be a better person and a teacher.
