Classes are first come first served. We recommend that you sign in a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class time to secure your space. Teachers have authority to ‘cap’ the class at the capacity they choose and deny access if the student arrives too late into the class and thus being at risk of not being warmed up or correctly informed.

Individual classes can be paid for in cash or with any debit or credit card (excluding AMEX). By purchasing class passes (5, 10 or unlimited) class prices reduce.

20% discount offered for those over 65 or under 12 years of age and full-time students. Suitable identification should be provided. Corporate discounts on request. For further information, contact the management.

Please protect your Gift Card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards. The gift card will expire 12 months from purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud. Pricing and service availability is subject to change without notice.

Class passes must be presented to the prana desk team on every visit. Failing to do so we are obliged to charge the regular drop in rate. Each type of class pass has different terms and expiration dates. Please do check when purchasing the pass. The date of expiry will be on the back of the card.

Passes are non-transferable and not to be shared. Exceptions can be made in some cases at the discretion of the management.

Extending passes will be considered on a case by case basis, only at the discretion of the management. Necessary supporting documents (doctors note or unexpected travels) will assist in the inquiry.

During the transition to fully digital class passes / membership cards, treat your class pass like cash. Lost cards will not be replaced.

Scheduled dates for private classes, workshops and treatments are binding and will be fully charged unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate that cancellation circumstances are sometimes unavoidable. A 50% payment for any treatment not cancelled within 24 hours and 100% for cancellations 4hours or less prior the appointment is applicable. We do honor the time of our therapists, since they are consultants.

Refunds on prepaid workshops can only be considered with a written request and supporting documents for valid reasons. If granted, we will refund the fee, minus a 20% + VAT admin fee. All clients agree to Prana Lounge terms and conditions upon booking a course or workshop.

If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of transferring the credit to an alternative event.

Prana Lounge provides a space for independent teachers and therapists. All payments for these services are accepted by Prana Lounge on behalf of the teacher or therapist.
