  • A rather empty stomach

What we provide:
  • Props (blocks, straps, bolsters)
  • Changing rooms with showers & lockers
  • Amazing teachers
  • Mats & towels for a small fee
  • A space to find your self-healing power

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class. First come first row! Doors will close at the beginning of class or if capacity has been reached. Latecomers should wait for approval from teacher before entering.

Payment is accepted by cash or Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card and is to be made in full before entering the class.

Scheduled dates for private classes, workshops and treatments are binding and will be fully charged unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Extending class passes or refunding workshops can only be considered with a written request and supporting documents.

Although rare, last minute changes or cancellations can happen. These unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we appreciate your understanding.
