Active Stretch – Reset & Recover

An Active Stretch & Recovery class starts with a series of postures, traditional Asana as well as contemporary poses that uses the activation of the each muscle to stretch or lengthen out in equal measures. This class will also include mobility & flexibility techniques to improve your the range of motion, release modern stress and long-held chronic tension in the body.
