Hatha – Calming & Precise
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that balances the Ha ‘sun’ masculine energy with Tha ‘moon’ feminine energy. Hatha classes are typically known to have a soothing and strengthening affect on the body and mind. Focusing on alignment and holding postures longer than in a flow-based class as a way of developing mindful understanding in each posture while opening up the spaces inside and awakening awareness via the breath. Suitable for all levels, teachers and beginners alike.
