Nidra – Rejuvenating & Meditative

Yoga Nidra also referred to as yogic-sleep is a deeply calming experience for the body and mind. The set up for the class takes place in a laying down position or savasana where you are invited to relax into stillness during a gently guided meditation. This practice is highly effective for reducing anxiety and stress and you will leave feeling quietly rested and rejuvenated.
