Vinyasa – Dynamic & Strengthening

Often considered the most athletic yoga style. Vinyasa classes are generally a dynamic and strengthening practice where the sequence or flow of continuous movement from one posture to another is synchronized with the breath. While class pace, style and intensity vary, many types of yoga are also be considered vinyasa such as ashtanga, power yoga, and slow flow.
