My own practice is Ashtanga yoga and I love to incorporate this style in my teachings. I am a medical doctor and a proud mother of three and yoga helps to make me feel strong, grounded and focused which i hope to pass on in my teaching.

About my class

My classes are strong and meditative, where we concentrate on moving the body with the breath and alignment of each posture. I like to bring in some medical knowledge to each class too reminding us that yoga helps to heal the body and mind from inside to out.
